Your Minerals, Your Data: Empowering Communities through Mining Transparency
Minería Visible aims to provide local communities in Colombia with access to information about mining royalties. Thanks to this technological platform, people can consult key data to make informed decisions and actively participate in the management of non-renewable natural resources in their territory. What’s even better is that this model has the potential to be replicated elsewhere, creating a broader impact.

A Big Bet on Small Data
This year, Datasketch goes further. In each of these projects, we aim to make small data the true protagonists, demonstrating how they can become valuable resources for everyone. Combining local resource information in Minería Visible with insights that enhance generational care in +60 Datos Plateados, specific and accessible data showcases a real impact on society.
This approach to leveraging small data is also reflected in the AI-powered chatbot, which transforms how people interact with data for their daily needs. What used to be long and complex processes now become fluid conversations with precise answers.
